What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. You can also pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal, even without a PayPal account.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply the current exchange rate.

How do I change or modify my order?
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Contact us to confirm your order.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. We are working to expand coverage soon.

How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 2 business days. Shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 days.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update.Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking Track Your Order on our website.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancel within 24 hours: Full refund.

After production starts but before shipping: 50% refund.

After shipment: Cancellation not allowed.

Will I be charged customs fees?
No customs fees or import duties – we ship directly from within the U.S., so you won’t face any surprise charges at delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge any sales tax on orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

If it’s our fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product): we cover the return shipping.

If it’s the customer’s reason (e.g., changed mind, wrong size): the customer pays for return shipping.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
